Role & responsibilities Make committee and follow up/Maintain Committee Record Ensure washroom, canteen, water supply, and maintain a register Ensure maintain harmonious relationship between factory management and workers Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace To provide them guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities, and their legal assistance. Ensure all over welfare activities as per Act Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly To prevent anti-social activities To advice factory management in formulating labour policies Employee Grievance handling Preferred candidate profile : Experience in steel industries Perks and benefits : as per company standards
