As the Maintenance Manager at our Radiator Transformers Manufacturing plant in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all plant machinery and utilities utilized in the manufacturing process of radiator components for transformers. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the mechanical, electrical, and utility systems including welding machines, fin press machines, painting booths, compressors, and hydraulic testing setups. We are seeking a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of heavy fabrication equipment maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, monitoring equipment health, carrying out condition-based maintenance, and maintaining records of maintenance activities and spares usage. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the response to machine breakdowns, minimizing downtime, overseeing machinery and equipment maintenance, managing utilities and facility maintenance, spare parts management, team leadership, compliance with safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, along with 8 years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role in heavy fabrication or radiator/transformer manufacturing. Your skill set should include a strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, welding machinery, industrial electricals, and utility maintenance.
