Review and interpret welding procedures, specifications, and engineering drawings. Document inspection results and generate reports for quality assurance purposes. Collaborate with welding teams to address any deficiencies and recommend improvements. Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) as required, such as visual inspection, ultrasonic testing, and radiographic testing. Ensure that all welding activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. JOB REQUIREMENT Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Certification as a Welding Inspector (e.g., AWS CWI, CSWIP, or equivalent). Strong understanding of welding processes and techniques. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, API). Proficient in non-destructive testing methods and interpretation of results. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
