Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in MIG welding, arc welding (SMAW), and operating CNC machinery. You will work closely with engineering and fabrication teams to produce high-quality welded parts and assemblies per blueprints and technical specifications. Set up, program, and operate MIG welders, stick/arc welders, and CNC equipment. Load/unload CNC machines, verify programs, and ensure accurate part production. Inspect welds for quality, appearance, and structural soundness; use measurements, gauges, and visual tests. Prepare metal components: cutting, grinding, beveling, and cleaning. Perform routine maintenance on welding and CNC equipment; report malfunctions promptly. Follow strict safety protocols—including PPE use—and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to resolve welding and machining challenges kablio.com. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience : 3–4 years as a welder/operator in MIG, arc welding, and CNC machining. Technical Skills : Proficient with MIG (GMAW) and arc welding (SMAW). Experience operating CNC equipment for welding-related fabrication. Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation. Metal prep tools—angle grinders, saws, deburring tools.
