Welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder with 2–3 years of experience in fabrication and assembly work. The candidate will be responsible for welding elevator components and structural parts with precision, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding (Arc / MIG / TIG) on elevator structures, cabins, and other components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts accurately.
• Inspect welds to ensure strength, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety practices.
• Work closely with production and quality teams for timely project completion.
• Maintain daily work logs and report material usage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: ITI in Welding / Fabrication or equivalent certification.
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on welding experience (preferably in elevator / heavy fabrication industry).
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of Arc, MIG, and TIG welding methods.
• Ability to work with MS, SS, and other metals.
• Familiarity with safety equipment and PPE usage.
• Soft Skills:
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• Factory-based role with exposure to welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment.
• May require overtime to meet urgent production deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
