As a MIG Welder, your role involves performing MIG welding tasks based on blueprints, schematics, and work orders. You will be required to set up and operate welding equipment, including selecting appropriate materials and adjusting machine settings. It is essential to inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Additionally, you must maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and procedures. Collaboration with team members to complete projects on time and within budget is also a key responsibility. You should be prepared to troubleshoot and resolve issues with welding equipment and materials as needed.
