Job Summary Drive sales of grinding mills (Bead, Ball, Attritor), mixers (High-Speed Disperser, Twin Shaft), and resin plants to manufacturing clients. Identify leads, conduct demos, close deals. Travel: 40% domestic/international. Location: Vithal Udhyognagar, Gujarat. Full-time. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads in paints/chemicals sectors via calls, emails, trade shows. Present product demos, highlighting efficiency gains (e.g., Attritor's space-saving design). Negotiate contracts, achieve quarterly targets. Provide post-sale support, collaborate with engineering on custom solutions. Maintain CRM records, analyze market trends for inks/resins. Qualifications Bachelor's in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years sales experience in industrial equipment (paints/chemicals preferred). Strong technical knowledge of dispersion/grinding processes. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools; Hindi/English fluency. Preferred Skills Network in Gujarat/Rajasthan manufacturing hubs.
