Job Title: HR & ADMIN MANAGER Location: Bhubaneswar Department: Human Resources Reports To: AGM HR & Admin /Managing Director Salary : Negotiable Gender:Female candidates only Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. • Training and Development: Implementing and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills. • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations and ensure compliance (EPF & ESIC) with state and local employment laws and regulations. • Performance Management: Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and developing performance plans. • Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs; including health insurance, exit/retirement plans and settlement, and leaves policies. • HR Policy Development: Creating and updating HR policies to align with company goals and legal requirements. • Payroll and HR Records: Managing/Processing of payroll and maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS database with accuracy and confidentiality. • Workplace Culture: Contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related HR role. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
