Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored matchmaking solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Executive will work closely with the matchmaking team to ensure client satisfaction and success. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and client relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of professionalism and discretion Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred Experience in the matchmaking industry is a plus
