As a Photo Editor at our company, your primary responsibility will be to edit and retouch high-volume images to meet style and quality standards. This involves performing tasks such as color correction, exposure adjustments, skin retouching, background cleanup, and enhancements. You will collaborate closely with photographers to comprehend the creative direction and client expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining photo libraries and backups, ensuring timely delivery of edited images for clients and internal projects, and staying updated with the latest editing trends and tools in the photography industry. In order to excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. A strong portfolio showcasing before/after edits, particularly in weddings, portraits, or events, is essential. Attention to detail and a keen eye for color and composition are key qualities we are looking for. You should also demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently under deadlines. Creativity, consistency, and a passion for visual storytelling will be highly valued in this position. Please note that we prefer local candidates from Nashik for this role.
