WebSphere Commerce Server Consultant

You should have a total experience of 5 to 12 years with relevant experience of 3+ years in WCS. Your notice period should be immediate to 45 days, and you should be open to working in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, or Noida. Your skills should include: - Strong design and implementation experience in WebSphere Commerce V8.X and V9.X. - Strong understanding of WebSphere commerce application architecture to make the right design decisions. - Experience in exposing REST APIs for Commerce capabilities. - Experience in integrating, designing, and developing custom solutions within WebSphere Commerce. - Hands-on experience with utilizing various subsystems of WebSphere Commerce Server. - Experience working on different business models of commerce such as B2B, B2C, and Extended sites. - Strong Java development experience. - Executed at least 2 WCS end-to-end implementations. - Technical leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision. - Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns and familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. - Experience with organization structures, LDAP integrations, user and account management (B2B and B2C). Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Designing, planning, and implementing solutions in the ecosystem that consist of the Extended sites model involving B2B and B2C business models. - Working with the agile team on grooming the backlog and coming up with technical tasks for the stories. - Anticipating issues and risks at the module level and escalating appropriately. - Ability to interact with the product owner and scrum master to understand and propose out-of-box capabilities and possible extensions to the framework Leadership Communication. - Ability to work well with different staff levels within and out of core competency. - Ability to translate high technical solutions problems to audiences at varying technical levels. - Strong ability to prepare and present technical documentation. - Communicating in a professional manner when interacting across staff levels and internal/external customers. - Understanding the importance of communicating risk assessment.,
