Role & responsibilities Teaching & Mentoring Deliver comprehensive training sessions on UI/UX design concepts, tools, and best practices. Conduct classes on design fundamentals, wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and visual design. Guide students on the use of industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Provide one-on-one mentorship to students for project-based learning and doubt clarification. Curriculum Development Design, develop, and regularly update course materials, modules, and assessments as per industry trends. Introduce new tools, frameworks, and real-time case studies into the curriculum. Project Guidance Supervise and evaluate students project work, ensuring creativity and industry alignment. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving design thinking and execution. Skill Development & Evaluation Monitor and track students progress through assignments, quizzes, and interactive sessions. Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving approaches. Industry Interface Help students prepare for the job market by conducting portfolio reviews and mock interviews. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and integrate them into the teaching methodology. Administrative & Academic Support Maintain student attendance, performance records, and session reports. Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and student evaluation processes. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, etc.) Strong understanding of UX processes, design systems, and responsive design. Prior teaching/training experience is preferred (but not mandatory if skilled). Good communication and presentation skills. Passion for mentoring and shaping design careers.
