Website & Software Product Tester

As a Website and Software Tester, your role will involve ensuring the quality and performance of websites, landing pages, and various web tools. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing on various elements such as landing pages, dashboards, integration with third-party tools, and SEO/analytics functionalities. Your primary objective is to guarantee seamless system functionality, minimize errors, and enhance user experience. Your key responsibilities will include conducting Functional Testing to validate the accuracy of data and ensure all key features work as expected. Additionally, you will perform Performance Testing to assess tool speed and responsiveness under different load conditions, while identifying bottlenecks. Usability Testing will be crucial to ensure a user-friendly interface across devices and browsers, enhancing user experience where necessary. Compatibility Testing will involve verifying seamless performance across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems. Integration Testing is essential to ensure smooth integration with third-party platforms and APIs, such as Google Analytics, Ads, and Facebook. You will also conduct Security Testing to validate authentication, authorization, and data protection against potential vulnerabilities. Your role will involve ensuring Data Accuracy & Reporting by verifying accurate reporting and data export functionality for SEO, campaigns, and analytics. Automation Testing will be implemented to cover repetitive testing tasks through automated test scripts for early issue detection. You will be responsible for Bug Tracking & Resolution, logging and prioritizing bugs, collaborating with developers for timely fixes, and retesting resolved issues. Regression Testing is vital to ensure stability after updates by testing existing functionalities post-release. Maintaining detailed test case records, defect logs, and providing insights to stakeholders on findings through Documentation & Reporting will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will address customer-reported issues by incorporating feedback into the testing process through Customer Feedback Testing. This is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule. The preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) would be a plus. A total work experience of 1 year is preferred for this role. The work location is in person at Mahape, Navi Mumbai. ,
