Job Title: Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive Function: Sales & Marketing Company Name: Webleads LLP Industry: Advertising and Media Services Location: Kharadi, Pune About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in digital ad sales and be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and offering customized digital advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands. Sell digital advertising inventory across platforms including Digital TV, video content, websites, social media, mobile apps, and OTT platforms. Understand client business needs and deliver tailored advertising solutions within their budget. Identify new business prospects and formulate sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics) to build impactful proposals and campaigns. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutual profitability. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Keep updated with digital marketing trends, platforms, technologies, and competitors. Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights. Key Requirements: Education: MBA in Marketing (Postgraduate) Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising/media sales Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities Good understanding of digital media platforms and advertising metrics Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
