Job Role & Responsibilities:· Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain digital marketing and website development services. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Generate leads and fix appointments for field sales team. Maintain a database of calls and follow-up with interested prospects. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals. Work closely with the Business Development team for campaign coordination. Requirements:· Prior experience in tele sales / telecalling / customer service preferred. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English. Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and local market research. Give product/service presentations and close deals. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. Maintain proper documentation of leads, visits, and conversions. Requirements:· Proven sales or business development experience in any domain (Digital/IT preferred like digital marketing products sales, Justdial, Indiamart, tradeindia, Sulekha and others). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and go-getter attitude. Must own a laptop and two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license. Basic understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage.
