Web / UI-UX Designer

Role Overview: As a Web / UI-UX Designer at Hodos 360, you will: - Own the end-to-end design of web interfaces: from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and design handoff. - Create visually stunning and usable front-end designs that work seamlessly across devices. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an international, cross-time-zone setup. - Help maintain and evolve our design system and brand consistency across products. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints, and translate them into intuitive user flows and interfaces. - Create wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specs and assets for development teams. - Design beautiful, modern, responsive web interfaces (desktop & mobile). - Define and maintain UI patterns, components, and style guides / design systems. - Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Conduct basic UX research and usability reviews and iterate quickly based on stakeholder and user feedback. - Ensure consistency in typography, color, layout, and interaction patterns. - Collaborate with marketing/branding for visuals, landing pages, and product storytelling as needed. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience as a Web Designer / UI Designer / UI-UX Designer working on web products or applications. - Strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, modern UI for web applications, thoughtful UX flows and interaction design, and responsive design across devices. - Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, visual design principles, design systems, and reusable component libraries. - Experience designing for developer handoff and familiarity with tools like Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar) to design with implementation in mind. - Strong attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with usability and performance. - Good communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions. - Comfortable working in a US/overseas-aligned shift (5 PM - 2 AM IST) from the Bangalore office.,
