Web & UI Designer

You are a talented and creative Web UI Designer cum Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field. Your main responsibility will be to design engaging and user-friendly web interfaces as well as impactful graphic designs for various platforms. You will work collaboratively with developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure that the designs align with the company's branding and user experience goals. Your roles and responsibilities will include designing intuitive, user-centric web interfaces using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate functional designs and collaborate with developers to integrate designs smoothly. It will be essential to optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across different devices and conduct UI/UX audits to enhance site usability. Additionally, you will design marketing materials like banners, brochures, social media creatives, newsletters, and infographics. Ensuring brand consistency across all design elements, creating custom illustrations, icons, and logos, and collaborating with the marketing team to produce content that supports brand identity and strategy are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline, along with proficiency in design software like Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Corel DRAW, etc. Your creativity, innovative design skills, knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design will be crucial. Managing time effectively, meeting deadlines, and staying updated with the latest trends in UI/UX and graphic design are also important aspects of this role.
