Web Trainings Academy is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer/Faculty who is passionate about teaching and has a strong practical knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple batches efficiently, assist students with hands-on lab exercises, and ensure they gain real-time experience with digital marketing tools and strategies.Key Responsibilities:Conduct training sessions for multiple batches of students on various aspects of Digital Marketing.Deliver in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of SEO, SMM, and Google Ads.Provide lab assistance to students by guiding them through hands-on exercises and real-world case studies.Develop and update course materials, presentations, and assignments as per industry trends.Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student progress.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their learning.Conduct live demonstrations of digital marketing tools and strategies.Assist students in setting up and managing real-time digital marketing campaigns.Guide students in understanding analytics and interpreting marketing data.Address queries and doubts of students to ensure a clear understanding of digital marketing concepts.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Conduct workshops, webinars, and guest lectures to enhance student learning.Coordinate with the academic team to enhance the curriculum and course delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi is must.Experience in Teaching is mustProven experience in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO), Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping Ads, Performance Max).Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Keyword Research Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner), etc.Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching students or professionals is preferred.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple batches and provide one-on-one assistance when needed.Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing credentials is a plus.
