Web Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of existing and new digital properties using the latest technologies, envisioning key features and functionalities.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize systems to ensure high performance, security, and availability.
• Identify and resolve website security, speed, and performance issues by diagnosing and implementing effective solutions.
• Develop and deploy new website features, functionalities, and custom modules.
• Manage complete website migration from local or other hosting environments to AWS, ensuring zero data loss and seamless operation.
• Configure and manage AWS EC2 instances, S3 storage, RDS, and other cloud resources for scalable and secure hosting environments.
• Handle DNS management, domain pointing, and SSL installation/renewal across multiple domains.
• Integrate websites with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and customize functionalities to enhance marketing automation, lead tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between digital platforms and business operations.

Preferred candidate:

• 2-3 years

  of experience in developing and maintaining websites, preferably with a media or content-focused organization.
• Proven knowledge of modern web standards and best practices in web development.

• Expertise in WordPress

  (theme, plugin development, optimization, and security).
• Strong understanding of

  HTML5

• Experience with
