As a Web Developer for a short-term/project-based contract with a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Sector-63, Noida, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Webflow, Weglot, and Cloudflare to enhance website performance and technical SEO. **Key Responsibilities:** - Audit and fix crawlability and indexation issues for optimal search performance. - Collaborate with the marketing/SEO team to enhance technical SEO and site health. - Implement and optimize multilingual site functionality using Weglot. - Configure and manage Cloudflare/CDN settings to boost site speed, caching, and security. - Design and implement on-page components like tables of contents (TOCs) and anchors in Webflow. - Ensure consistent performance, design integrity, and accessibility across various devices and browsers. - Monitor and report website performance metrics, implementing technical enhancements as required. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Proven track record in developing and maintaining websites using Webflow. - Familiarity with Weglot or similar multilingual website solutions. - Hands-on experience with Cloudflare/CDNs, caching, and performance optimization. - Strong grasp of technical SEO principles such as crawl budget and sitemap optimization. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Webflow framework. - Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging abilities. - Attention to detail with a keen eye for design and usability. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous experience collaborating with SEO or digital marketing teams. - Knowledge of tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog for SEO analysis. - Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. - Familiarity with basic web analytics setup and interpretation (Google Analytics, GA4).
