Web Developer

• Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, Context API).
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask or Django.
• Ensure application security and data protection best practices throughout development.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and third-party APIs.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with a focus on quality and maintainability.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to optimize application performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain version control workflows using Git or similar tools.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to uphold coding standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in

  React.js

  development, including familiarity with state management tools (Redux, MobX).
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  and experience with web frameworks Flask or Django.
• Strong background in relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including data modeling and migrations.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining production applications (Docker, Kubernetes, or major cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Solid grasp of RESTful API design, authentication methods (OAuth/JWT), and integration with third-party services.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, self-manage workload, and handle the full product lifecycle in a lean team setup.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
