Web Dev Intern

As a Web Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain responsive websites using Webflow Pro while adhering to modern UX/UI design principles. You will be tasked with implementing custom code injections (JavaScript, Python) to enhance functionality and interactivity beyond the capabilities of Webflow. Additionally, you will integrate third-party APIs and automation tools to optimize website performance and CMS efficiency. Supporting CMS design and structure for content teams using NoCode tools within the Webflow ecosystem will also be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with designers to translate Figma or design mockups into responsive, interactive Webflow builds is essential. You will troubleshoot site issues, optimize performance, and contribute to SEO and accessibility improvements. Your involvement in agile sprints and contribution to internal documentation and workflow improvements is crucial to the success of the team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a passion for web development, particularly in the intersection of NoCode and custom code. Basic proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python is required, along with the ability to integrate dynamic logic into Webflow. Experience or interest in working with NoCode CMS platforms and low-code development environments is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and an understanding of responsive design principles are also key qualities for this role.
