Web designer Team Lead

Role Overview: As a seasoned UI/UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design team, driving design strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your role will involve mentoring and leading a team of designers, defining and implementing design strategies aligned with product goals, conducting user research, overseeing the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating closely with product and development teams, and managing design projects to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. - Define and implement design strategies aligned with product goals. - Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions. - Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Work closely with product and development teams to deliver high-quality designs. - Manage design projects to ensure timely delivery. Qualifications Required: - At least 2+ years in a leadership role. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma.
