Web Designer Intern

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer (Fresher) to become a valuable member of our team in Mohali Phase 8b. The perfect candidate will possess a genuine passion for design, user experience, and web technologies, making this role ideal for individuals looking to enhance their skills while working on real-time projects. Your responsibilities will include designing visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and interfaces. You will be tasked with enhancing website structure, color schemes, font selections, and visual flow. Additionally, converting designs into responsive HTML/CSS templates and collaborating with developers and content teams for seamless integration are crucial aspects of this role. Ensuring design compatibility across various browsers and devices, staying updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and revising/improving existing websites as necessary are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate must possess basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Familiarity with popular design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva, etc., is expected. Understanding responsive and mobile-first design principles is essential. Creativity, attention to detail, and effective time management skills are highly valued. Strong communication abilities and a proactive attitude towards learning are also important for success in this role.
