Web Analytics Developer

As a Senior Web Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing website performance, user behavior, and digital marketing effectiveness to provide valuable insights for driving business decisions. Your responsibilities will involve implementing and managing web analytics tracking, analyzing website traffic and conversion funnels, developing dashboards and reports, and collaborating with marketing and development teams to optimize digital campaigns and website performance. You will be expected to conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, SQL, and mobile app measurement tools like Firebase and MMPs (AppsFlyer), you will extract and manipulate large datasets, support A/B testing initiatives, and ensure data accuracy through regular audits and troubleshooting. To excel in this role, you should have 4-5 years of experience in web analytics, with expertise in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio. Proficiency in SQL for data querying, hands-on experience with data visualization tools, and familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and APIs for tracking implementation are essential. Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and working with cloud-based data platforms like BigQuery will be advantageous. Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or related tools, along with experience in mobile app analytics using Firebase, Appsflyer, or similar tools, are desired. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams are key qualities for success in this role.
