Role Overview:

The Warhorse Packing Executive is responsible for ensuring that all products are packed with speed, accuracy, and care to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As part of the high-performance "Warhorse" operations unit, you will be expected to meet daily targets, maintain discipline, and uphold packaging excellence in every shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Packing & Handling:
• Accurately pack customer orders according to brand standards.
• Ensure all items are clean, damage-free, and properly labeled before packing.
• Use appropriate packaging materials to protect items during transit.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct final quality checks before sealing the package.
• Flag any defective or missing items immediately.
• Ensure all packaging meets company branding and presentation standards.
• Inventory Coordination:
• Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure correct SKUs are picked.
• Assist in stock checks and product counts as needed.
• Report low stock levels or packaging material shortages.
• Speed & Efficiency:
• Meet or exceed daily packing targets.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area for smooth operations.
• Follow all SOPs to ensure consistency and reduce errors.

• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely handover.
• Support fellow team members during high-demand periods.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined work attitude.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; higher education preferred but not mandatory.
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or packing operations.
• Basic knowledge of packaging tools, materials, and safe handling procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
