We Are Looking For A motivated and detail-oriented candidate who is passionate about equity research and analysis, with a strong ability to evaluate companies, identify investment opportunities, and contribute to actionable strategies in a collaborative and growth-driven environment. Role overview: - The role requires the analyst to evaluate the companies and develop financial models and due diligence of various companies on listed and unlisted space. Collaborate with other analysts and seniors to make proper investment thesis report for companies. Listed Space: - · The role involves identifying promising stocks by evaluating various key parameters, such as preferential issues, rights issue, increases in authorized share capital, and financial results of the company. The objective is to assess these factors to pinpoint stocks with strong growth potential and favourable financial performance. · Due Diligence, the analyst will conduct a comprehensive analysis covering the sector global and Indian overview, product analysis, company performance, management quality, potential of stock, financial analysis and growth prospects · The analyst will analyse investor calls, quarterly results, and management call transcripts, to assess the company’s financial health, performance, and strategic direction. This analysis will provide valuable insights into the company’s outlook, management's decisions, and overall market positioning, helping to inform investment strategies and decisions. · The analyst will analyse the latest trends in client portfolio stocks on a daily basis to identify any significant changes or developments, ensuring timely insights and alignment with market dynamics and client investment goals. · The analyst will create detailed PPT presentations on various sectors and their associated products, analysing key trends, market performance, growth potential, and competitive dynamics. These presentations aim to deliver actionable insights and a thorough understanding of the sector-product landscape to support informed decision-making. · The analyst will conduct SWOT analyses on stocks, evaluating their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This comprehensive assessment will provide valuable insights into the stock's potential performance, risk factors, and strategic positioning, aiding in informed investment decisions. · The analyst will perform annual report analysis, examining the company’s financial statements, management discussion, operational highlights, and strategic outlook. This detailed review will provide insights into the company’s performance, financial health, and future growth potential to support informed decision-making. Unlisted space: - Analyst must conduct a comprehensive company analysis as part of the due diligence process for private companies. This includes evaluating the following key areas: 1. Company Overview: o Understand the business model and operational structure. o Assess the company’s historical performance and growth trajectory. 2. Management Assessment: o Analyse the leadership team’s experience and track record. o Evaluate their decision-making capabilities and governance practices. 3. Product Analysis o Review the portfolio of products or services offered. o Assess market relevance, competitiveness, and innovation. 4. Potential Evaluation: o Identify market opportunities and scalability potential. o Analyse the company’s competitive positioning and unique value proposition. 5. Legal Review: o Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. o Review contracts, intellectual property, and any potential legal liabilities. 6. Financial Analysis: o Examine financial statements, cash flow, and profitability. o Assess debt levels, equity structure, and overall financial health. Required skills: - 1. Fundamental analysis 2. Financial modelling 3. Valuation 4. Should be fond of all the financials ratios 5. Research report preparation Qualifications: - BCOM, BAF, BFM, CFA and MBA in finance preferred Job Type: Internship Contract length: 5 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
