Wealth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach and acquire prospective clients for mutual fund schemes and other investment products.
  
• Understand client financial goals, risk-profile and investment requirements; recommend appropriate mutual fund schemes.
  
• Cross-sell other financial products (e.g., equities, insurance, demat/trading accounts) in coordination with the overall distribution business.
  
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for mutual fund AUM and number of clients onboarded.
  
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients: follow up, periodic reviews, portfolio-updates and service enquiries.
  
• Leverage market research, product updates and competitor intelligence to brief clients and improve product uptake.
  
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, seminars and workshop sessions to generate leads and educate clients about mutual funds.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, ARN codes, fund documentation) and internal process - as a mutual fund distributor.
  
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, back-office, research) to expedite account openings, investments and onboarding formalities.
  
• Prepare reports: pipeline, conversion, client segmentation, product-mix, and present to management.
