Wealth Manager - IFA

As a Wealth Manager at Nuvama Wealth, your primary responsibility will be managing the partner network for wealth products in the Delhi NCR region. We are a well-established B2B business with over 25,000 partners nationwide, supported by a dedicated team of 200+ Wealth Managers distributing a range of 13+ wealth products. Our partner-friendly processes, cutting-edge platform, and exceptional Learning & Development team work together to strengthen the partnership between Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage both existing partners and drive the acquisition of new partners. - Regularly engage with partners, provide necessary training, and support their growth. - Focus on business development activities to achieve scorecard targets. - Ensure all compliance guidelines are rigorously followed. Desired Candidate Profile: - A post-graduate with a minimum of 2-6 years of experience in the financial services sector. - Experience in the B2B channel would be an added advantage. - Strong knowledge of financial markets and various wealth products. - Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage a portfolio of 50+ partners.
