Job description We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Calling Executive (Female) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle product order taking and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and online research. 1 year experience preferred Responsibilities: Generate new sales leads via phone calls, emails, and online research. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budgets, and timelines. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with clients or customers professionally. Understand client requirements and explain our digital services and products clearly. Maintain accurate records of communication in CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into active clients.
