Job Description

Surgery Coder / Lead Analyst / Team Coach / Team Lead

Hyderabad, Chennai

Full-Time | Work From Office (WFO)

Immediate to 1 Month (Preferred)

Virtual Interviews Only

Key Responsibilities:

For Surgery Coder:

Perform accurate surgical coding using CPT, ICD-10-CM, and ICD-10-PCS
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer policies, and client requirements
Maintain high productivity and quality standards
Resolve coding-related queries and audit feedback

For Lead Analyst / Team Coach / Team Lead:

Handle team productivity, quality, and performance management
Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to coders
Conduct internal audits and share feedback with the team
Act as a point of contact between operations, QA, and management
Support process improvements and client deliverables

Eligibility Criteria:

Mandatory Certification:
CPC / CCS / CIC (or equivalent)
Education:
Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience:
Relevant experience in Surgery Coding / Leadership roles
Relieving Letter:
Mandatory
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work from office

Compensation:

Salary:
Up to
15 LPA
