Primary Responsibility: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups) Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in organizing HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions Help in drafting HR policies, documents, and communication materials Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Responsible for entire recruitment cycle right from searching/ sourcing and screening resume to short-listing candidates, coordinating & scheduling interviews. Understanding the client requirements, strategize the search process on the job sites, scanning the CVs, arranging interviews, soliciting timely feedback & maintaining candidate information. Identification of best sourcing methodologies according to the position- job portals, candidate references database, networking etc. Preliminary interview with the candidate and interest check. Maintaining CV database and daily tracker reports.
