Role Description This is an on-site role for an Instructional Designer located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating engaging eLearning content, developing learning modules, and collaborating with subject matter experts. They will design and create instructional materials, storyboards, and assessments. Additionally, the Instructional Designer will work with various eLearning authoring tools and ensure all content is interactive and learner-centric. Qualifications Experience in eLearning Course Development with tools such as Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Lectora, and Moodle Skills in UI/UX design and Graphic Design Proficiency in using animation tools like Vyond and Camtasia Knowledge of LMS Development and Content Integration Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
