The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining company records, preparing agendas and minutes for board meetings, and liaising with external regulators and advisers. The role also includes managing correspondence, reports, and other documents, as well as providing overall administrative support to the board of directors and senior management. Qualifications Experience with corporate governance and compliance procedures Skills in preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining company records Proficiency in managing correspondence, reports, and documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICSA) will be an advantage
