Position: Delivery Boy Biker Company: Washmart (Laundry Services) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and energetic Delivery Boy Biker to join our laundry service team in Newtown, Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and delivering laundry items to our customers in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Collect dirty laundry from customers' locations as per scheduled pickups Deliver clean, pressed laundry items to customers within specified time frames Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries Handle customer payments and provide receipts when required Ensure safe handling of customers' garments and linens Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of delivery vehicle Follow designated delivery routes efficiently Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional behavior Report any issues or customer complaints to management immediately Requirements: Valid driving license for two-wheeler Own motorcycle/scooter preferred (or willingness to use company vehicle) Basic knowledge of Kolkata roads and localities Good communication skills in local language Physical fitness to handle laundry bags and packages Honest, punctual, and responsible work attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Working Hours: Full-time day shift with flexible working hours Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary: ₹12,000 - ₹13,000 per month Overtime pay for additional hours Flexible working hours Performance-based incentives (as applicable) Location: Shapoorji Pallonji Sukhobrishti Complex, Action Area III, Newtown, Kolkata Join our growing team and be part of a service that makes a difference in our customers' daily lives!
