Warranty Trainee

We are looking for a Warranty Trainee to join our team. The role involves supporting the warranty department in processing claims, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates to learn and grow in the automotive/service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing warranty claims as per company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty cases and related documentation.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and customers regarding warranty issues.
• Support in monitoring claim status and updating the system.
• Learn and follow warranty guidelines provided by manufacturers.
• Provide administrative support to the warranty team.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: From ₹5,500.00 per month
