Warranty Incharge

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AMC/Warranty Incharge to lead the Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle (CV) warranty and AMC claims process. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient claims handling, compliance with company standards, and team excellence in performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AMC and Warranty claims processing in line with Tata Motors’ guidelines.
• Set and monitor timelines and KPIs for deliverables to ensure top performance.
• Lead and facilitate daily team meetings and regular governance reviews (internal & external).
• Define team priorities and allocate resources effectively based on capacity.
• Develop and implement new strategies to support evolving business needs.
• Oversee resource utilization, productivity, and process quality.
• Build and maintain a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
• Motivate and guide the team through challenging situations while upholding morale.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and compliance across all processes.
• Establish and review both team and individual goals to ensure consistent service delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
