Job Role:
Process warranty claims as per manufacturer guidelines
Maintain records of approvals, rejections, and pending claims
Coordinate with service teams and customers on warranty matters
Prepare periodic reports on warranty claims
Requirements:
Experience in automobile warranty handling preferred
Knowledge of vehicle parts and warranty policies
Good communication skills (Malayalam, English, Hindi)
Computer proficiency (MS Office /Excel/DMS )
