Key Responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of the category by performing analysis of market/customer segments and understand any technology opportunity and conduct strategic competitive analysis. Develop deep understanding of customer needs, products in the market, the suppliers, and be on top of trends that shape the category and product vertical. Conduct market and customer research to shape future roadmap, develop product and solution concepts. Plan and execute category / product launch seamlessly by working closely with all the teams within the organization. Responsible for P&L of the category. Seek continuous feedback from the consumers through online and offline mechanisms to get a feel of the constantly evolving customer requirements and maintain a high CSAT & NPS in the with the customers. To support product marketing/sales proposals/decisions with comprehensive business rationale. Lead early product sales pursuits. Work closely with functional leads and other team members to define product and solution level details required to deliver the next generation of products and solutions to market that meet the customer s needs. Interact directly with customers in an international setup to understand their requirements. Collaborate with partners and product & engineering team to define the marketecture and influence the roadmap of the product. Provide market/customer context to the product & engineering team. Identify key initiatives by understanding business problems/pain areas or processes. Own initiatives that drive organization wide impact (in terms of cost, process improvement, quality, etc.). Drive key business metrics. Review and appraise high performance, coach inadequate performance, and enable junior members of the team for high quality outcomes. Requirement: Bachelors degree in engineering from Tier 1 institute with 4-8 years of experience with 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Senior/Product Manager or Category manager supply chain/warehouse/Retail industry. Experience in product lifecycle management is required. International exposure and ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams. Excellent Stakeholder manager with strong negotiation and articulation skills. Strong business/financial acumen and quantitative skills, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Domain knowledge of Supply Chain/Warehouse Industry is preferable. Roles and Responsibilities : Responsible for designing the solutions considering GreyOrange & products and other support material handling equipment required for the solution. Responsible for engaging the client on the technical solution and getting the technical sign off on the solution Will be required to use his analytical competency in using Advance MS Excel & other data processing tools and should be able to work on the same with minimum interference from the supervisors Will be using AutoCAD and validate/ make small changes in the drawings Should have eye for detail, cover sanity check, all exceptions and any deviations Responsibility of ensuring documentation (MOMs, executive summary, reference slides and presentations) at all times along with the standard operating processes Requirements: Should have 4-8 Years of experience in warehouse industry Should be a B. Tech/ B. Roles and Responsibilities : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer (Hardware) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the field, with a focus on New Product Development, Electromechanical System Design, Automotive, AGVs, SLAM navigation or relevant skillsets. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand the product needs and requirements. Define the technical architecture and integration of the electro-mechanical product, while ensuring that product is being delivered as per specification. Work with cross functional team and suppliers to ensure performance, reliability and safety of complex robotics system Create and perform verification tests to ensure zero design failure. Develop processes to ensure that design successes are repeated across product lines Follow the safety compliance requirements for different geographies while delivering the product Work with site teams to develop SOPs for the product installation and support. Ensure via design that cost to installation and support is minimum Skills: Zeal to create an impactful product in warehouse automation industry Passion for delivering excellence in engineered products. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to deep dive and create architecture of complex electromechanical system along with the system level embedded codes. Exposure to manufacturing processes of electromechanical components. Experience with SLAM based products, embedded programming and sensor technologies Willingness to learn new & emerging technologies and deliver world class product Requirements: Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering from Tier 1 institute with 4+ years of relevant work experience as a senior engineer in robotics/AGVs/EV industry. Experience in product development lifecycle management is required. International exposure and ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams. Domain knowledge of Supply Chain/Warehouse Industry is preferable. Bachelor s degree in engineering from a top tier institute is necessary (master s degree would be an added advantage). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
