Warehouse Incharge

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse In-Charge to oversee daily warehouse operations for our Dental Implants division. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, timely dispatch, and compliance with medical device handling standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of dental implant products.
• Ensure proper material handling to maintain product quality and hygiene as per medical device standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance in the warehouse area.

2. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and record stock levels (implants, instruments, accessories, and consumables).
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliations and physical verification.
• Manage batch / lot number tracking and expiry management for all dental products.
• Coordinate with accounts and ERP/Odoo team for accurate inventory updates.

3. Logistics & Dispatch:

• Plan and ensure timely dispatch of orders to clinics, dealers, and hospitals.
• Coordinate with courier / logistics partners for smooth delivery.
• Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and stock-outward documentation.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all inventory and dispatch records are updated in ERP or system software.
• Follow company SOPs for handling medical products and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Support internal and external audits related to stock and warehouse management.

5. Team & Coordination:

• Supervise warehouse staff and support team performance.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Purchase, and Accounts departments for operational alignment.
• Report daily/weekly warehouse status to management.

Good Communication Skill in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
