Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, dispatch, and ensuring proper documentation. The role requires attention to detail, time management, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Update inventory in ERP/warehouse management system.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
• Receiving & Dispatch
• Oversee the unloading and receiving of goods.
• Check goods against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and pack orders for dispatch as per delivery schedules.
• Storage & Organization
• Ensure goods are stored safely and systematically for easy retrieval.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Maintain records of inward/outward material, GRN, and delivery challans.
• Coordination
• Liaise with transporters for timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams for smooth operations.
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of goods.
• Adhere to company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
