Job Summary

Fazlani Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organised Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inward and outward stock management, inventory control, order processing, packaging and dispatch. The candidate must ensure that products are dispatched accurately as per received orders, with proper batch verification and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inward Stock Management

• Receive incoming products and verify quantities against invoices and delivery challans.
• Check product details, batch numbers, manufacturing dates and expiry dates.
• Ensure proper entry of received stock in the inventory system or stock register.
• Arrange and store products systematically in designated warehouse locations.
• Report any shortages, damages or discrepancies in received stock.

2. Order Processing & Outward Dispatch

• Check daily orders received and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
• Pick products according to received orders, ensuring correct product names, quantities and batch numbers.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for stock rotation, wherever applicable.
• Ensure eligible orders are packed and dispatched on the same day.
• Verify product details, batch numbers, quantities and packaging before dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners and transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
• Maintain proper records of all outward stock movements.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor daily product availability and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile it with system records.
• Track batch-wise inventory, manufacturing dates and expiry dates.
• Inform the reporting manager about low-stock products and replenishment requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or expiry-related losses.

4. Packaging & Warehouse Maintenance

• Ensure products are properly packed, labelled and ready for dispatch.
• Follow appropriate packaging standards to avoid damage during transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline and systematic arrangement within the warehouse.
• Handle returned, damaged or rejected products and maintain separate records.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily inward, outward and stock availability reports.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts and purchase teams regarding orders and stock requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans and dispatch records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• HSC / Graduate qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or food products.
• Knowledge of inward and outward stock management and batch-wise inventory handling.
• Understanding of FIFO and FEFO stock rotation methods.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good coordination, organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet daily dispatch deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,100.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
