Job Description – Warehouse Manager

Position: Warehouse Manager BORIVALI
Experience: 5–8 Years / SALARY - 30 TO 40 K PAR MONTH
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory management.
• Ensure accurate stock maintenance and timely updating of inventory records.
• Supervise loading, unloading, packing and material handling activities.
• Monitor inward and outward material movements.
• Maintain proper documentation, stock registers, GRN, delivery challans and dispatch records.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, material identification and warehouse space utilization.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Production and Logistics teams.
• Manage warehouse staff, allocate duties and monitor team performance.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per customer requirements.
• Implement FIFO / FEFO procedures wherever applicable.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Control inventory losses, damages and operational costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse MIS reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Good understanding of ERP / SAP / Tally and MS Excel.
• Excellent team handling and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain and dispatch operations.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse management.
• Hands-on experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Good communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Should be responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
