Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Dark Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of a dark store and ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, team productivity, and timely dispatch of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dark store and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise store associates, pickers, packers, and delivery coordination teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, billing, and dispatch of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, replenishment, and handling of products.
• Track order fulfillment TAT, productivity, accuracy, and cancellation rates.
• Handle operational issues and resolve customer/order-related escalations.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
• Prepare daily operational reports and share performance updates with management.
• Manage shift planning, attendance, manpower allocation, and team productivity.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and other internal teams for smooth operations.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of dark store / warehouse / quick-commerce operations.
• Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Warehouse, Logistics, QSR, or Dark Store operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
