Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our apartment maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our apartment complex.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas

- Monitor and report any repairs, damage, or issues

- Assist residents with various tasks and queries

- Manage access and security of the premises

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

- Male candidates only

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair works especially plumbing and electrical.

- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights
