• Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously at reception and service areas.
• Guide patients through registration, admission, discharge, and billing processes.
• Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ schedules, and facilities.
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital policies.
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and capture feedback for service improvement.
• Support international patients with translation/assistance (if applicable).
• Assist in organizing health check-up packages, camps, and promotional events.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and professional communication at all touchpoints.ation, admission, discharge, and billing processes.
