Job Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Monitor and follow up on

  outstanding accounts receivable

  .
• Make calls to

  US insurance companies

  regarding pending claims and payments.
• Follow up on

  insurance claims, unpaid claims and outstanding balances

  .
• Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim/payment status.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and claim-related information.
• Support the

  Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

  process.
• Meet process quality, productivity and communication standards.
• Training will be provided to selected candidates.

• Freshers with good English communication skills

• Willingness to work in a

  night shift / US shift

• Basic knowledge of

  MS Office and computer applications
