Lead .Net FullStack Developer (1 Position) As a Lead .Net FullStack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of multiple applications running both on-premise and in the cloud. You will work closely with the Product team to refine and estimate user stories for new application functionality, participate in deployment and production support activities, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead medium to large-sized projects with small teams. Expertise in multiple programming languages with strong database and SQL skills. Experience with API integration, DevOps, and issue tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira). Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to junior developers. 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with 5+ years in SQL and performance optimization. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Healthcare IT (HL7, X12 EDI) is a plus. Ability to work on projects from scratch to deployment. 2. Senior .Net FullStack Developer (4 Positions) As a Senior .Net FullStack Developer, you will work on challenging projects ranging from fixing bugs, enhancing software products, testing, and automating processes. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and contribute to the development of new products and automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Understand product requirements, identify gaps, and innovate processes. Knowledge of structured programming languages like .Net, Python, or C#. Experience with API integration and RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere). Work closely with product/process innovation managers, support, and operations teams. Up to 3-5 years of professional work experience as a Software Developer. Ability to work on projects from scratch to deployment. Additional Details: 2 technical rounds & 1 Managerial discussion 5 days work from office. Tea/Snacks, Lunch will be Provided.
