Walk In - Architect - Gurugram (Real Estate) - 22nd & 23rd July

Role & responsibilities

1. To make design strategy, formulate design brief, prepare concept layout & preliminary budget for managements approval.

2. To Review design as received from external architect in terms of its feasibility, applicable building norms, budget & complexity of the project.

3. To develop presentation materials to support project teams marketing efforts.

4. Proper Coordination with external Architect, MEP, Project Team, Security & Risk management consultants & to ensure multi-disciplinary design integration.

5. To Liaise with concerned authority & fire department for technical clarification, thus to ensure building plans & all relevant building services qualify for all building norms to get necessary approvals.

6. To conduct value engineering at various stages of project with architect & other consultants for cost optimization & value addition to the projects.

7. Review all construction drawings, details & shop drawings as received from architect, structure, MEP, landscape consultants & vendors & to ensure timely delivery of all drawings prior to execution.

8. Assist in contract administration, selection of consultants & vendors for various services & work packages.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have worked in real estate / architectural firm. Should have relevant experience in designing and co-ordination of Residential, Commercial, Plotted Development and Townships projects.
