As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve interacting with customers in a polite manner and assisting them with menu choices. You will be responsible for taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages following company standards, and ensuring timely service. To maintain a professional attitude at all times is crucial. In the Operations & Service department, you will be required to ensure that tables, dine-in areas, and counters are clean and well-arranged. Additionally, you will assist in packing takeaway and delivery orders, support the kitchen team during rush hours for smooth operations, and refill sauces, tissues, and water while maintaining counters. Maintaining Hygiene & Safety standards is paramount in this role. You will be expected to follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitization protocols, maintain personal cleanliness and uniform standards, and promptly report any issues related to food quality or safety. If assigned to Cash Handling tasks, you will handle billing and POS operations accurately, manage cash transactions, and maintain receipts properly.
